The St. Elmo Luminaria Festival lights up the streets of Historic St. Elmo annually the third Saturday in December!

With the help of volunteers and local businesses, luminaries are built and placed along the Virginia Ave. Greenway, lighting the way for neighbors to connect and celebrate community.
