Who We Are

Kim Frankel Marsh

After living in her van for a few months exploring the southeast, Kim found love at first sight with the residents and ridges of Chattanooga and St Elmo. An educator for over 20 years, she has worked to foster a love of service and community throughout her career. When she’s not working for an education non-profit transforming public education, she can be found renovating her historic home or hitting the trails with her family and ridiculous muppet dog, Murphy.

Annie Waters

A resident of Chattanooga for over 30 years, Annie has spent much of her life showing care for those around her. She found her calling as a massage therapist, opening Touch of Therapy in 2018. You can find her hosting large neighborhood gatherings, fostering pups for St Elmo Animal Rescue or co-piloting a SUP paddleboard with her partner, Chris.

Tyler Rozzell

Born and raised in Chattanooga, Tyler is dedicated to showcasing her hometown. Her experiences in hospitality and restaurant, coupled with her love of music and design, led her and her husband to open The Woodshop Listening Room in St Elmo in 2016. Since then, The Woodshop has become a cornerstone of neighborly bonds, providing a chance for folks to enjoy food, drinks, music and everything in between. You can often catch her there with her toddlers, Roscoe and Frankie, watering the Woodshop plants and enjoying some live music.

Amanda Laverty

Having visited Chattanooga once, Amanda jumped at the opportunity to relocate with her husband to best place she's lived yet! While working from home with her cat, Scarecrow, Amanda's favorite view is that of Lookout Mountain from her office window. Embracing all that St. Elmo has to offer, if you're lucky, you'll pass her on the Greenway making faces, laughing with St. Elmo neighbors, or sharing her passion of yoga, barre, and all things creative with anyone ready for it.
