Attend Luminaria 

THIS IS A FREE EVENT TO ANY AND ALL!

 

But here’s the deal. Since this is a neighborhood, some streets are closed off for this event, but not all, please be aware of moving cars. 

 

Here are some rules for all participants to adhere to:

Let’s be respectful, be kind, use common sense, and don’t do anything illegal.

 

More specifically:

• Please stick to the closed off sections and sidewalks, do not gather in the open streets.

• No open containers outside of designated area

• Don’t trash the neighborhood - look for the trash cans & recycling.

 

Some suggestions for attending St. Elmo Stroll and Luminaria

• This is a rain, shine, or freezing event - plan accordingly

• $$$ - Prepare to tip the musicians you are digging and support the local vendors
