The St Elmo Stroll and Luminaria Festival is a grassroots community event, envisioned and brought to life by St Elmo residents, to bring the neighborhood together for a night of lights, celebrations, and good cheer, while raising money for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank. Over the last two years, we  raised over $5000 for the Food Bank and provided over 10,000 meals for Chattanooga area families. The third annual St. Elmo Stroll Luminaria Festival will be held on Saturday, December 16th, 2023. 

 

We’re looking for local businesses to help support our work in bringing community together this holiday season. We’re looking for vendor participation and raffle prizes to incentivize sales of the kits. We’d appreciate any help your organization might be able to provide.
